This unit is being offered furnished, with utilities included. My entire townhome in Central Tempe, right on Dwight Park is available December of 2026 through April of 2027. Minutes from Mesa, Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Arizona and only 10 minutes from the airport!

This listing is for the entire space a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a large living area, a treadmill and full kitchen. There is a dedicated office space with a desk, and a printer. There is a large patio with seating and a garden. The TV has Chromecast so watch your own streaming services. Brand new full size laundry and community pool.

This is my home, which I rent when I am traveling. There will be some food in the fridge and pantry.
My car may be parked in half of the carport during all or part of your stay, leaving one covered carport space.

Located in a quiet central Tempe neighbourhood with several fun bars/restaurants just around the corner; Monkey Pants, Fate Brewing, Q and Brew, and Yucca Tap Room to name a few. Down the street from the Tempe Diablo Stadium home of Angels Spring Training. Minutes from Tempe Town Lake home to Innings Festival and Reggae Rise Up and other yearly events. There is a park just outside the front door and access to the canal path is less than a mile. South Mountain for hiking is 11 minutes away.

Refundable security deposit is 1/2 of one month’s rent for stays up to four months, one months rent for longer stays.
Non-refundable pet deposit is $200 per pet; additional costs for additional pets.
Credit/background check required, all adults over 18 living in the home must fill out an application and must be on the lease.
Proof of employment/income required.
Pets on a case by case basis, no cats. Unfortunately, I am allergic.
